The big story next week is the head waves across the Southeast. Highs in Orlando may reach nearly 98°, with a heat index surpassing 110°. It's July, so we know it's hot, but this'll push our heat even a bit further than normal. I'm tracking it on Good Day Orlando.

High pressure building towards Florida will significantly reduce rain chances beginning tomorrow. A prolonged period of hotter than usual weather is expected through early next week, especially across the interior including metro Orlando and the Interstate 4 corridor.
