Lord Rook (Labour) in HoL on #UCBill thinks bill will motivate young people to find a place in the workplace. He doesn't seem to understand this is a money bill & doesn't include any commitments to support young people. Only 2.4% of 16-24 yr olds receive incapacity benefits!
