🚨We believe and see that opponents of women's rights have reported our page in an attempt to silence the voices of Afghan women. As a result, our posts are no longer easily visible. Please, we ask everyone to share and promote our page so the voice of Afghan women is not…
The BBC effectively lying here to its readers that the accused in this case is a woman, rather than a man who identifies as female. Simply not good enough from our national broadcaster, which appears captured by a controversial minority ideology. bbc.co.uk/news/articles/…
“we don’t assign novels anymore because kids can’t read them.” well… you know what would help with that?
Not wishing to correct the wonderful @tribunaltweets in any way but surely GOAT for Naomi Cunningham??

"Did anyone else complain?" "No, just the woman who was immediately suspended, tarred and feathered and dragged through the streets of her home town, everyone else was totally fine with it..."
Cancel culture exists because we’ve lost the categories of grace and repentance. Modern society doesn’t know what to do with failure—except punish it. Worse, it offers no space for redemption.
Hero #7. Final one for now has to be the formidable @SVPhillimore. Whip smart, fierce as hell, and virtually bullet proof, Sarah has been every bit the driving force of @WeAreFairCop as I have. She’s a legend.
This lot are great if you're into baking (but not so into it that it has taken over your life...)

House up the hill is on fire. Lovely elderly couple, apparently they've got out ok, but so horrendously scary and sad for them. Say a little prayer for them if that's your thing.
Are you in a senior position and “quietly GC”? It’s time to be a bit noisier. It’s time.
What did EDI officers do before EDI was a thing? I know there are lots of long term historic parallels (witchfinders) but what about more recently. Literally: what would Bumba have done if she graduated 30/40yrs ago?
If only I thought the Sandie Peggie tribunal really was the death knell for the diversity officer job. Alas, I think it is at best the beginning of the end
If you're not interested in bread you'd probably best mute me for the next few weeks tbh. Seeded sourdough & rye.

Can’t help thinking of that old couple from Dorset who cashed it all in and moved up here to hunt the NHS Fife statement. Fifteen years without a glimpse then cancer takes her and he doesn’t make the spring. They should have been here to see this.
I don’t know the science but it seems with each iteration, the NHS Fife statement grew stronger until it became sentient. Now it’s evolving - and on the loose.
If you’re a student in the humanities, you should expect to read about 100 assigned books during your four years of college Ask professors for a list. If they cannot provide a list or the list is rather short, you should challenge them on this.
My son habitually gets up on Saturday morning, makes himself breakfast and watches endless episodes of The Simpsons and Futurama. I love that he instinctively knows how Saturday mornings are meant to be.
Dear kids, we used to wait all week just to watch 5 cartoons on Saturday morning.
Every few years we rediscover that learning is hard work and effortful in the short term. Then we spend the next few years trying to make it fun and effortless again.
Clearing out the kitchen cupboards and just found this travesty.
