Dr Maggie Currer says there are “more than two chromosomal genders.” “Chromosomal genders.” This is the “medical expertise” we are dealing with in a tribunal. But the question must be asked: what does this have to do with NHS Fife allowing a man into the female changing rooms?

Dr Upton doesn't have a DSD. Nor does 99.9% of the population. None of this is relevant to a man saying he's a woman. You can't change sex. I don't understand why any of this is considered relevant evidence.

What has this got to do with Upton? We know anomalies of sex development exist. I’m sure if Upton’s chromosomes had thrown up XX we’d have heard of it by now. Cross dressing men who identify as women have XY chromosomes.

So the respondent’s lawyer says Dr U clearly not a man - does she not have eyes? This case is making me so angry on #sandiepeggie behalf. That @nhsfife put her through this, that senior/medical staff are so incompetent & don’t know their own sex but know that Upton is female 🤷‍♀️
