I return to the case of nurse #sandiepeggie in @Sunday_Post today. Are management @nhsfife so deep in their ideological bunker they missed the Supreme Court ruling on sex between tribunal hearings? What else explains their wilful ignorance? Sharing column here as not online 👇

Interesting how both Isla Bumba and Kate Searle relied on Google to provide them with advice on the law relating to single sex changing rooms. I wonder what their views are on people googling their symptoms and relying on that for medical advice.

Listening to an A&E consultant Kate Searle in the Peggie v NHS Fife claim she knows she's female because "she was assigned female at birth" and then say "she's not an expert in it". Absolutely excruciating symptom of how gender ideology rots medical & scientific knowledge.

CM suggested Sandie could move to another department rather than one she'd spent decades in [note: already been suggested Sandie could change in toilets rather than in the female changing room]...just wondering when they suggest Sandie Peggie change career to accommodate Dr Upton

This morning @clairebakermsp & I met with Sandie Peggie, who I have spoken in support of in Parliament. Sandie has 30 years’ service as a nurse at the Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy & should never have had to take legal action to uphold her right to change in a single sex space.
