@michaelpforan shared an excellent piece of advice yesterday. One NHS staff would have been well advised to follow. "Never write an email you aren't confident will withstand scrutiny by Naomi Cunningham." You never know what might happen in future.
Interesting that despite the clarity of HR views from these emails, Anne Hamilton is unwilling to make a clear statement at the tribunal supporting that opinion.
One of the witnesses at Sandie Peggie's tribunal tomorrow will be Anne Hamilton from HR. We had a look at the evidence bundle today. It seems HR was advising fairly strongly there were preferable alternatives to suspending Sandie Peggie, and that any risk could be mitigated.

There's something very seriously wrong when children are expected to "protect" adults, rather than the other way round. A "transperson" may be safe with the child. (Unlikely to present any kind of threat to adults anyway.) The real question is, is the child safe with the trans?

You might have missed this news on Tuesday, with it being at the same time as Sandie Peggie's tribunal. Kenny lost his initial employment tribunal against @scotgov and was applying for leave to appeal. Which was granted. The hearing itself is still to be scheduled.
So, I won. A full appeal hearing will be scheduled...at some point. Thanks as always to @LucyHunterB, @RynnBrooke, @WingsScotland, and @JoeBryce15 for all their help, and also to my amazing fiancé.
We have just heard from the Chief Constable of @northumbriapol. After consideration with her lawyers, she is not appealing the ruling. Total victory is ours, @RightNUFC.

Jane Russell - barrister for @nhsfife just stated in court that Dr Upton is not a man, when Naomi Cunningham said he was!! Judge allowed her objection because the point is a matter of contention to be addressed in submissions.
Fife NHS staff trying everything to smear Sandie Peggie. Seem to think if they can make some mud stick it will exonerate their relentless bullying of her. Who do you believe? @nicoleepeggiee saying her mum's not homophobic? Or those who claim they've heard 3rd hand that she is?
