One of the witnesses at Sandie Peggie's tribunal tomorrow will be Anne Hamilton from HR. We had a look at the evidence bundle today. It seems HR was advising fairly strongly there were preferable alternatives to suspending Sandie Peggie, and that any risk could be mitigated.

The SC was a five judge decision and all 5.O found in favour of FWS. That is not contentious especially in context of Dr Upton NOT having a GRC. You could say that a 3 v 2 decision may be contentious, but not a unanimous slam dunk!

Our ruling is not contentious or a hypothesis. It's straightforward. According to the Equality Act, as NC says, Upton is legally and biologically a man. It isn't for Jane Russell to relitigate this at a tribunal.
