It's a long run if it happens Saturday or Sunday morning. Otherwise it's a "medium long run" regardless of the distance

Did you bring gels or water? No? Then it’s not a “long run.”
To be considered a "long run", it must be: 50%+ longer than your standard run Ex: 5 miles -> 7.5+ 8 miles -> 12+ The key is variance from the norm 50%+ scales well for ability. Gotta add more when your base is higher
