We often hear about how bad omega 6’s are and how we should avoid it. But when looking at large data sets, they appear to be protective. We hear about the importance of the omega 6/3 ratio, but what appears to be more important is correcting omega 3 deficiency. Let’s dig in 👇

Basically: More long wavelength light (LWL)= good. More blue light = bad. Overall: You’re going to have to work a bit for LWL the same way you must to eat healthily. Accept that the default settings of modern culture are rarely in your best health interest. It’s all up to you.
