After a chase that began at White Sands National Park, I ended up on this storm 50 miles east of El Paso on Hwy180. I was barely able to get in front of it and capture this strike as the storm crossed the highway. Love me some lightning purple! #txwx

This is a popular park in Kerville that’s now completely under water, after the Guadalupe river flooded. A neighbor tells me just hours ago you could see a bridge, water park, food trucks etc. 4th of July festivities were supposed to happen here today.
Getting unconfirmed reports of numerous campers missing along the Guadalupe River in Hunt/Ingram, an RV park destroyed with families being swept away, and the Hunt post office getting wiped from its foundation. Working to confirm this info while praying to God it's not true
