Fife HB getting much stick for being useless in recent days. The incompetencies though seem v selective. that every procedural failure, every unminuted meeting, every 'can't recall' or didn't record has been in Dr U's favour and to Sandie Peggies detriment. Coincidence obv.
We will shortly be live tweeting the afternoon session of day 8 of Peggie v Fife Health Board and Dr Upton to hear the examination of Dr Maggie Currer (MC), Deputy Clinical Lead). It is due to start at 2pm.
Hard to come back once people have started laughing at you.
Meanwhile in London the Metropolitan Police has arrested and carried off a disabled 'Charlie Chaplin' from a mobility scooter for showing a picture of Guernica with the colours of Palestine next to a sign with the words "Free Palestine". True story.
So although the 1st mvt is officially twice as fast, this is neutralized by the pulse being twice as slow In other words: tempo markings in music are MEANINGLESS. It’s a COMPLETE FARCE. This is the scandal Big Music don’t want you to know about
Call that hip rotation? I've seen looser statues darling and your hands are like.....*spatulas*.
Welcome to Scotland 😂 📸 Mary Slaven
i can't beleive they brought in an age verification law but didn't mandate a specific service or even any real criteria so now everyone in the UK without a VPN has to log into FaceStealr dot ru to look at reddit
Photo of the Day: F15 passes Middlesbrough (Lancashire) on its way to the McLoop in Scotland (England's largest county) to practice low level flying. US warplanes often fly as low as 8008.5ft to avoid radar (RAF fly as low as 71.75ft) Photographed from a Canberra
"There are many philosophers who have so far kept quiet about genderism to save their jobs, but for the very same reason they should probably start talking."
Wrote for @unherd about signs of collapse in gender ideology, and how some philosophers are attempting to hold back the tide. unherd.com/2025/07/is-thi…
I sometimes watch the cine film of my parents' wedding here.
One last one in Aberdeen for #SteepleSaturday, Kings College Chapel. Work commenced in 1500 under the patronage of King James IV, and was probably complete by 1522 when the crown steeple was first recorded. It's one of the most complete pre-Reformation churches in Scotland. 1/3
Say up in Harlem at a table for two There were four of us, me, your big feet and you From your ankles up, I'd say you sure are sweet From there down there's just too much feet
Young Moorhens by the Forth & Clyde canal at Applecross Street, Glasgow.
I would like to have a choice of mainstream parties that looked at the insane showcase for the NHS playing out in Dundee and said "This is madness, we cannot have medical staff swearing blind that saying people can't change sex is an extremist hate belief." 9 months to May 2026.
Now, who is going to write to Jeremy Benford and Francois Morin and ask them who the actual owner of Craiganour Esate is? Will it be @MairiGougeon ? Will it be @PoliceScotland ? Tune in next week to learn why neither can in fact do anything at all.
We are writing to 3,500 crofters who have failed to confirm that they are locally resident and using their croft. If you are one of them please take this seriously. More information and help at the link below. Thank you. crofting.scotland.gov.uk/annual-notice-…
How are people who could write this stuff in charge?
Could you give the top three achievements? There's a fair bit of uncertainty as to what achievements you are referring.
Lossiemouth:
Fitting that Starmer should meet Trump in Lossiemouth the birthplace of Ramsey McDonald the Labour leader he most resembles. And where RAF Lossiemouth now has USAF planes as Starmer follows Blair in craven sycophancy to the US war machine.
Make bridges great again.
Opened in October 1972, Craigellachie Bridge on the A941 bypassed Thomas Telford's grand arch bridge built in 1815. It was designed by W.A Fairhurst & Partners and built by Miller Construction. Beautiful part of the country and well worth a visit. #Scotland #Archives
