Women's rights and an independent Scotland, both perfectly normal. Scotland is a country not a county. Pronouns: #NoThanks #IStandWithJKR
Alex Salmond didn't want revenge, he wanted justice. I, like Alex want justice for him, but unlike Alex I want revenge. I want every single person involved in this to pay. Jail would be preferable but if they're publicly humiliated and shown to be the liars they are, that'll do.
Peggie's objection to Upton was his sex, not that he was transgender. Every time the formula below is used, it undermines the most basic aspect of her case, and contributes to social shaming round language which left Sandie Peggie so vulnerable to what happened to her.
6 witnesses comparing notes before being asked for their evidence. Now what trial does that remind me of? @WingsScotland
Listen to this β reporterβ from The Sun disdaining how I earn a living. Make no mistake itβs his employer and all other media outlets that are driving down prices paid for images. Once youβve read this heβs blocked. Utter π€‘
This problem is exacerbated by agencies selling pictures for peanuts. It was always going to happen so long as 'photographers' put images out through agencies who are driving prices down. The end result was always going to be this. It shouldn't come as a shock to anyone.

Why Britain is especially vulnerable to the cold economics of assisted suicide. Must-read from @Louise_m_perry in todayβs @nytimes:
The Fife public might also want to be reminded that the emergency department in Kirkcaldy has been down one very experienced nurse for nearly 2 years. I wonder if they've had to use agency staff during that period? Pretty likely I imagine. And at what additional cost. One for the
We've just been informed there is an early lunch break and the hearing will resume at 1.15pm.

Of course Dr. Kate Searle, A&E Consultant with NHS Fife, knows what sex she is. She also knows what sex you are, else she couldn't do her job. And she knows what sex Dr. Upton is, too. This ideology makes utter liars of doctors, the very people we must trust the most.
Sandie Peggie and Dr Kate Searle arrive at Employment Tribunal in Dundee today. @ForWomenScot
We're still waiting to go in following a private session but have no news on when that will be at present.
We will shortly be reporting from day 6 of the July hearing of Sandie Peggie v Fife Health Board and Dr Upton. The first session is due to start at 11.30am when Naomi Cunningham (NC) will continue her cross examination of Emergency Dept Consultant Dr Kate Searle (KS).
This is what all the media outlets did during the @AlexSalmond trial...the media closed their notebooks as soon as the defence asked questions & the public were left in the dark.
The BBC was at a different tribunal to the rest of us. bbc.co.uk/news/articles/β¦
This. Kennyβs case could be a very significant one affecting all workplaces infested with one-sided ideology. Itβd be great if some lawyer could step up and help him, even though heβs - yikes! - a bloke.
Kenny McBride's application to appeal against Scottish Ministers for being sacked for being GC hasn't been a cause celebre and, indeed, he had to represent himself. But he won the right to appeal and might be worthy of a bit more support.
