I'm very surprised by this endorsement from Neal Ascherson. As a newspaper it is entirely a mouthpiece for the SNP. Why would he not see their lack of objectivity? Yes, all papers have an editorial stance but this is not it.
I'm still perplexed as to why LN went on holiday for 7 yrs with a woman she not only thought was a racist and a homophobe but she wanted her to be sacked. Yet Sandie spoke about LN in the chat as if she was a friend? So a false friend who wasn't entirely honest with SP for years?

I don’t see how it helps the health authority’s case at all. Under cross-examination the witness revealed her belief that there were grounds for ending the nurse’s career. But the proceedings are not going to achieve that end, and the internal disciplinary process is over
This is why lawyers often decide to bypass some potential witnesses because a) they may also have displayed questionable behaviour and b) they may have an axe to grind against the claimant. It's a high risk tactic but it just shows how desperate JR and NHS Fife are.
