If you’re a small business owner or employee I would actually LOVE to hear stories about how AI or intelligent apps have allowed you to focus on what you’re good at while leaving the ‘business’ side of the biz to the machines.
One thing I’ve noticed is that small, specialized companies with strong engineering pedigrees but historically poor GTM motions, shareholder outreach, and FP&A controls are easily benefiting more from GenAI (and resulting downward pressure on SaaS prices) than large caps are.
