Me and Sandie Peggie - she is such a brave woman. She stood up for all of us ππ€π Thank you Sandie

Hi @NetflixUK just wondering if you are keeping up to date with the latest drama in Scotland surrounding βGender identityβ specifically Sandie Peggie vs Dr Upton/ @nhsfife Would you mind doing a drama series on this please?!? Thanks The Terven π
Latest from the NHS Fife tribunal: Hearsay evidence is fine but mentioning heresy is heretical. Calling a man a man may discombobulate witnesses who normally call him a woman.Β And itβs fine for investigators to help a man complain that a woman thinks heβs a man. All clear?
βThis process was controlled from the very top. Sandie had to be put through this process and punished for her offence of standing up to a man who wanted to use the womenβs changing room?β @nhsfife tribunal dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1β¦
Jane R objected to Naomi Cunninghamβs language, insisting βDr Upton is not a manβ & she was βvery concerned about the latitude being given to Ms Cunningham to be so offensiveβ. In other words, objecting to the issue the case hinges on: that Upton is male. telegraph.co.uk/news/2025/07/2β¦
We've already been told by a senior member of NHS Fife staff that there was no acceptable language that Sandie could use, to anyone, to complain that Dr Upton was in the women's changing room.
This shows bias. The Judge should have told Russell that the tribunal agreed to use correct language and remain factual. If Upton were not a man there would be no case. Not just bc #Peggie would never have objected but if HE were treated like a woman he would have been ignored.
Following an intervention from Jane Russell about misgendering, the judge asks Naomi Cunningham if she would like time to reflect. Naomi replies crisply, βno thank youβ.
Recently I ordered a shower from @TritonShowers & paid for installation up front. The shower arrived promptly, then a couple of days later I got a call from Triton to arrange a time for installation. So far so good... During this call I was informed that they don't doβ¦
The intervention of Jane Russell KC at the Sandie Peggie tribunal suggesting the usage of accurate sex based language creates a βhostile environment for witnessesβ creates a mockery of our legal system. Telling the truth is not a hostile act, it is essential in a court of law.
Yeah, er, Nah. Interesting bit of info was that the original recording was transcribed, then recording was disposed of, and Then the meet up to change the statement happened. I truly did not think this group of halfwits could make it worse for themselves. I was so very wrong.
The real joke was permitting GR as a PC in the EqA plus the confusion stirred up around the GRA. All else flows from that.
More docs they βjust foundβ having realised this week that entrusting the witch-finders with turning in all their kindle-gathering & accelerant-accumulating-related correspondance was β perhaps, in hindsight β unwise?
additional bundle handed in by JR. ffs
It's curious that Ms Russell referred to the England and Wales version of the Equal Treatment Bench Book and not the Scottish one. Given her experience it seems somewhat unlikely that she did that by accident. Here is what the Scottish ETBB says

A brief update. Yesterday, we received a formal apology from Professor McKenna. We will respond to the board soon.
NHS Fife should: - SAR Compliance: Promptly release Isaacβs records, ensuring Article 15 compliance, and formally apologize for the delay and distress caused.
If NHS Fife had prioritised medical care over unicorns and pronouns, young Isaac would have received the care he needed in good time. Instead his mother has had to fight tooth and nail. Disgraceful @NHSFife

βThe committeeβs questions relating to sex-based rights and trans rights were, but for a few exceptions, openly hostile to those who hold GC beliefs, ill-informed about the law and unsupportive of the EHRC doing its job...β @Daniel_J_Martin @Telegraph telegraph.co.uk/politics/2025/β¦
Terrible. Brilliantly this coming out an an employee tribunal is catastrophic for DU and those who continued to include it when they knew it wasn't true. Is there a large job market for unemployed, lying, trans identified males?
It is unfair on my witness to expect her to tell two lies at once
referred to as he/him. Its clearly discombobulating the witness and im concerned she cant give best evidence. I ask u to note my concerns and ask NC to reflect on her language used in court J - [to NC] do u want to sya anything, time to reflect? NC - no
