Hi @ASPolice and @aspsarah_crew, have you read the outcome of the judicial review Lindsay Smith, R (on the application of) v The Chief Constable of Northumbria Police: [2025] EWHC 1805 (Admin)? Why is one of your officers breaching the duty of impartiality?

I spend so much of my time defending the BBC but this is indefensible. It makes zero sense to anyone who's read even a few lines about this tribunal. A MAN wanted to force a woman to change in front of him. The NHS wanted to punish her for saying no. That's it. That's the story.

That face when you just threw away your entire professional and personal reputation to defend a male doctor’s desire to watch the female nurses get naked.

Interesting how both Isla Bumba and Kate Searle relied on Google to provide them with advice on the law relating to single sex changing rooms. I wonder what their views are on people googling their symptoms and relying on that for medical advice.

What’s truly ridiculous with the whole trans debate is that no one I know wants anyone unsafe or unhappy. They support anyone being as feminine or masculine as makes them comfortable & content in their own skin. But it’s imperative to sanity we stop pretending humans change sex

Medical undergraduates typically study the human reproductive system in years 1/2 of medical school, as part of anatomy, physiology, or histology. I presume Dr Kate Searle did a medical degree and not queer studies or post structural feminist theory so WTAF was she talking about…

So unbalanced. They rely on people not having info from any other source. Plenty of evidence today was extremely embarrassing for Kate Searle, but it’s not reported. Instead, smear evidence from previous days is brought up. It’s not even surprising. bbc.co.uk/news/articles/…

We have just heard from the Chief Constable of @northumbriapol. After consideration with her lawyers, she is not appealing the ruling. Total victory is ours, @RightNUFC.

This research by @HEPI_news is an example of what is wrong with HE. They can’t admit that only women menstruate because they’re too worried about the mentally ill girls who want to pretend that they’re men or sexless. What a useless study. Sex actually does matter.
