If you run a weight room, you likely struggle to find a staple pulling exercise for building the lats and upper back. Bent over row, pull-ups, and db row all give athletes technical trouble when the weight gets heavy, and they’re had to train with the same percentages as bench…
I believe chest supported(seal) row should be a staple in every program. Too many programs use high level progressions & %’s for bench press but treat rows like accessory work. Chest supported row is literally bench press for the back, & you can program it exactly the same way.
Why waste your time doing a chest supported cable/machine/dumbbell row when you could just do a bent over barbell row which would give you 1/2 the gains with 3x the fatigue??? Staying small>>>>>>>
