Ta Da! Being able to do this at 58 years old? Priceless! 5 years ago couldnt do 1 pushup. Walk around the block would do me in. 2.5 years stroke recovered ,5 years sober off rum and meth. 4 years off of ciggs. Loving old age now. Zero meds. Went carnivore after the stroke. Won.
Agree. Eggs cooked in heavy cream is next level. And for those on medical keto doing dairy, an easy peasy way to get fat.
