5'9" tall @ 182lbs and 58 years old. 405lbs x 2 Old age is the BEST! 2.5 years stroke recovered on the carnivore diet. Fat for fuel these days. So much saturated fat most Drs heads would explode! I cook up bacon pieces and scramble the eggs right into the fat with some raw milk.
