We condemn the latest Russian attacks on Kyiv and cities across Ukraine. Civilians are again being targeted as they sleep in their beds. Our thoughts are with the victims and the Ukrainian people.

Another night of brutal Russian attacks on Ukrainian civilians. At least 14 killed by missiles & drones in Kyiv at 27 locations. On a visit to Solomianskyi district, we were briefed by the emergency services, as they continue to search for survivors in this residential area.

Today, Ukraine marked the Day of Remembrance for Children Killed as a Result of the Armed Aggression of Russia against Ukraine. Amb. Conlon participated in a poignant event addressed by @ZelenskyyUa & @ZelenskaUA to honour the memory of all those killed, at least 631 since 2022.

Russia's destruction of vital medical equipment donated by the Irish people is appalling. This aid was intended to support 🇺🇦 hospitals already operating under extremely difficult conditions. This attack is another example of 🇷🇺’s complete disregard for civilian suffering.

I condemn the brutal Russian air attacks on Kyiv and other Ukrainian cities last night and on Saturday. The images of cities burning, homes destroyed, and people pulled from the rubble are shocking. These are not the actions of a country interested in peace.
