The HS2 trolls come out to claim HS2 is Green. Not one of them has ever come up with a justification for designing a railway for 250mph. It's the major factor why it is so expensive & so destructive. The carbon deficit of its construction & width needed is greater than a motorway

How embarrassing can it possible be to say you are going to cut sewage dumping by 50% by 2030 only to realise that announcement had already been made by Ofwat over 1 year ago and that your new target is actually worse than the old one. OOPS!!!
What a shambles! @HS2ltd put the route through here using out of date maps! They didn't know the estate was even there. Some of it hadn't even been built. Another shining example of #hs2 incompetence causing misery to anyone in it's way

This program highlights #hs2 adopted the route and added the fastest specification to “future proof it”. When they realised poor ground conditions/structural reinforcement would be expensive, they avoided discovery of true cost because they knew MPs would not approve it! #hs2
