Case after case, workplace after workplace, I have ever seen an issue where displays of distress by and *on behalf of* one group of staff have been so uncritically indulged by employers as a reason to come down hard on other staff. More of it today in Dundee, of course.

DSDs are complex. The endocrinologists I have met are all very clever, compassionate and geeky people. You have to be all three to make this chart your bread and butter. These disorders are not identities.
