This is really really interesting on Elizabeth Prelogar

1. Last month, NYT reported on "tension" between the ACLU and Biden's DOJ in 2024. The story implied that trans activists had played the normie naifs in government. I was skeptical. So I dug into Elizabeth Prelogar, the DOJ lawyer who argued Skrmetti at the Supreme Court...

I think the question that needs to be asked whenever this is said is “When did you start believing sex was assigned and not observed at birth?” The answers would reveal so much
Listening to an A&E consultant Kate Searle in the Peggie v NHS Fife claim she knows she's female because "she was assigned female at birth" and then say "she's not an expert in it". Absolutely excruciating symptom of how gender ideology rots medical & scientific knowledge.
The cross examination of Dr Searle is already proving even more of a disaster for Fife Heath Board than I anticipated.
Just this is such a reveal:
And of course none of this, according to the BBC, has anything to do with Women or Women’s Rights
Same at Sky News. Zero interest in the mystery of the gappy email chain, or the mystery to this doctor of how sex is observed at birth, or Kate Searle’s concern being reserved for Upton and not Nurse Peggie, or the accusation of conspiracy. news.sky.com/story/consulta…
