No, but he can be held in contempt of court and charged. It would be a separate case he’d need to answer, but the consequence could be prison. He might see the inside of a couple of different courts.

Our ruling is not contentious or a hypothesis. It's straightforward. According to the Equality Act, as NC says, Upton is legally and biologically a man. It isn't for Jane Russell to relitigate this at a tribunal.

Something has given me pause about the recent revelations in the Sandie Peggie case. In particular, the account that Upton was in a visible state of extreme distress following the confrontation with Sandie. So much so, he had to be escorted to his car by another doctor.
It appears to now be considered safe by some previously totally silent Labour women MPs to tweet about upholding the Supreme Court ruling. Where have they been though, for all the years when we needed to hear from them? Excuse me if I decline to open the Champagne. #Cowards
