Let’s be clear: Statehood for the Palestinians is a right, not a reward. The only realistic, just, and sustainable solution is two States – Israel & Palestine – living side-by-side in peace. I urge the international community to take urgent & concrete steps to make it real.
Straight back to prison he goes 🥳 🍾
🚨🎥 WATCH: Tommy Robinson appears to have allegedly knocked someone unconscious at St Pancras station earlier today
8 years ago today. @DaganLonsdale & I started a peaceful protest outside @DHSCgovuk to persuade Jeremy Hunt to avoid further strikes by getting back round the table to talk. He refused to meet us. The govt's still at it - bullying & infantilising junior doctors. For shame.
London surgeons have been told that if they strike they’re not allowed to turn up to theatre / operating lists - essentially banning them from entering
Nurses. Doctors. Same fight. Same struggle. We’ve all been undervalued and underpaid for too long. @wesstreeting can try to attack doctors, but NHS staff aren’t falling for it. We are united - and we won’t be divided by tired political tactics. bbc.co.uk/news/articles/…
Is there anything this bloke won't lie about?

Lord of the Rings with a live orchestra – pure magic. Would you try this? 🤩
Having dated a medic for several years, I can tell you this is not even close to enough. The number of hours they have to work is obscene, offering little to no rest. This destroys their morale and appetite for the job. Pay them more!
Were you not parroting this nonsense a few shows ago? @mrjamesob
Money over lives. Poor planning from @DHSCgovuk and @NHSEngland over resident doctor strikes has led to 5 patient deaths previously. @thetimes and @guardian harp on about “Walkouts by junior doctors led to deaths of five patients”. Let's see what the coroner actually says: 1.…

Full solidarity from a nurse 💙 I’ve been offered just a 3.6% raise while still £8,000 behind inflation. You are NOT selfish. You are NOT greedy. You are demanding what’s fair. Strikes are meant to be disruptive – that's how they work. #PayRestoration #SupportTheStrikes
"Don't have the opportunity to do nights shifts? Well, that's a shame for them" 😁😁 Majority of people don't work them, but we do and only get extra 37%. Night shifts have detrimental effect on health and leads to reduced life expectancy. I'd happily give up my pay for no nights
54% of resident doctors earn £76,700, according to the @NuffieldTrust. @TrevorPTweets asks the BMA's @thomasdolphin if this makes the resident doctor's negotiating position an 'odd and extraordinary demand.' trib.al/mhxdaXU #TrevorPhillips 📺 Sky 501 and YouTube
Guess who’s really good at managing massive haemorrhages?
We have agreed a derogation at St George's Hospital, London for 1 resident doctor anaesthetics registrar for a day shift on 28th July 2025. This will allow a specialist consultant neuroanaesthetist to cover for an urgent paediatric cancer case.
Doctor strikes are the canary in the coal mine for an NHS on its knees Industrial action is the last resort - without this option, the doctors who are currently holding out hope for change will vote with their feet Silencing our legal rights should never be an option
Doctors hold lives in their hands. No one should lose critical healthcare because of strikes but that’s what’s happening now. That’s why a Conservative government led by me would ban doctors’ strikes, just like we do the army and police.
People are leaving labour, because Labour have left the people
This @UKLabour Govt has radicalised me into an “anyone but Labour” voter. I cannot wait until the odious fools are turfed out. Just 3 and a bit more years left…
Who would you vote for? Comment below who specially you would vote 👇
Im watching #critical “if you can look after a critically injured patient in London, you can look after them anywhere” The London trauma network is MILES ahead of the rest of the UK. I’d argue if you can look after them anywhere else in the UK, you’re sound 👍🏼
A reminder that this man is a Labour politician working for @wesstreeting
Speaking to @DailyTPodcast, the veteran warns industrial action threatens patient safety and undermines confidence in healthcare services Read more here ⬇️ telegraph.co.uk/news/2025/07/2…
Resident doctors. Do not allow the rhetoric from politicians or pundits to guilt or gaslight you. You did not fight your way into and through medical school to be paid a penny less than you're worth at the end of it. Many senior doctors are behind you. We will cover.
