Today's SCOTUS decision on birthright citizenship technically lets the Trump administration start working on taking it away. The court is letting agencies develop & issue guidance on the Executive Order But lower courts may quickly act to stop that

🚨 NEW: Both @bloomberg and @reuters are reporting that the Trump admin is doing a prisoner swap, deporting all or potentially nearly all of the Venezuelans imprisoned in CECOT to Venezuela in exchange for American political prisoners. The admin lied about custody from day one.
Two separate reports this morning about a "prisoner exchange" between the US, El Salvador, and Venezuela, with some of the Venezuelans being imprisoned in CECOT being traded to Venezuela for American political prisoners. The NY Times previously reported on these negotiations.
