Most small business on Arterial roads comes from people walking/biking. Nicer streets would attract even more business.

Just to double down—I don’t really care how we get medical supplies or safe supply into the hands of those who need it. But it’s telling that it requires some fiction and referencing a horrible tragedy to make this program sound sufficiently scary.
