Neil, I’m more than aware. Used a paeds example as it’s the area of most concern. Many studies pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC36… cite numbers closer to 1:10000 for all cancers. Will hopefully drop with lower dose scans. Your point regarding adequately trained referees stands.
