With the proliferation of poor journalism in the #dailyfail, the #torygraph and elesewhere quoting failed Tory candidates and other fringe sceptics’ views on traffic in Dulwich Village, it is worth remembering what *actually happened* last time local residents voted here:

So let me get this right, Tommy Robinson, defender of white girls and the nemesis of child rapists, yesterday accepted a $30,000 donation off Tristan Tate, a man accused of human trafficking and raping minors…. And then publicly thanked him.
Day 6 In the aftermath of the massive @thameswater leak on East Dulwich Grove, SE22, local residents still can’t take showers and @tcsDulwich is having to send pupils home again. That will be 3 days of f learning disrupted/missed. When will this be fixed @thameswater ???
A cyclist was badly injured by a hit and run driver of a small hatchback car on East Dulwich Grove on 24 June at 9:52pm. The car had a non-functioning front headlight. If you can help identify the vehicle or the driver please contact @MPSDulwichVllge with details.
Day 4: Massive leak on East Dulwich Grove getting worse. Water now cascading right across the road and down both sides. Residents of neighbouring streets have called @thameswater to report that they have no water, and been told that repairs are underway. THIS IS A LIE.
Day 3: 000s of litres per minute still surging from the pavement and cascading down East Dulwich Grove. Some local residents now have no water. Still no evidence of any works by @thameswater to halt the flow. Notice says works will end 9/7/25, but when will they begin?

Great to be out in Dulwich Village this morning talking to voters 🌹 🌞

Thank you @helenhayes_ for raising in parliament our heartfelt concerns about the proposed closure of Lordship Lane Post Office. So many residents rely on post offices for important services, all the more so following recent bank closures. Save our post offices!
My constituents are served by two Crown Post Offices on Lordship Lane & Ferndale Rd. Both are earmarked for closure Post Offices provide vital service residents depend on, especially after so many high street banks have closed. We need them to stay open >>

The cost of compensation is often cited as the main barrier to bringing water companies back into public ownership, with claims it could cost £90bn. But this argument is built on major legal economic errors. Let’s break it down 🧵 1/12

(4/6) Physical activity is one of the best ways to improve and maintain good health. Cities have shorter distances to everyday amenities making it ideal for active travel. Improving walking, cycling and green space access would improve the health of our urban population.
It was great to stop by the Friern Road estate earlier this month to see the vegetable boxes funded by Cleaner Greener Safer funding. Residents had a harvest day at the weekend - they are growing cabbage, garlic, spring onions, radishes, lettuce and more! 🥬 🧅🧄
