Our puffin colony has gotten a little bit bigger! This summer, an Atlantic puffin chick, commonly called a puffling, hatched at the zoo. In this photo, the puffling is just four days old & weighs only 2oz! As a hatchling, pufflings have very puffy brown & white feathers. (1/3)
