UK Medical Licensing Assessment vs PA National Exam 🤔 Spot a difference?

You can bet the med reg, anaesthetist, ortho, paeds etc. being assigned extra duties here haven't been consulted about it. This is what happens. Management decide they won't pay to fill a gap, consultants decide who should pick up the pieces (not them) and juniors get f*cked.

Lol this is what @wesstreeting and @DHSCgovuk don’t tell you On most days the NHS is short staffed and unsafe (extremely dangerously so) Yet they don’t say anything about this Only on strike days this somehow matters And ‘journalists’ will never report this - they are gov…

A genuine doctors assistant would be ace. And would improve productivity and efficiency meaningfully (more so than adding an additional “clinician” without the requisite knowledge and skills). But as usual the wrong solution to the wrong problem has been championed !
Doctors assistants are paid 30% more than Doctors @wesstreeting #FPRstrikes
Doctors currently earn £18.62 an hour, they are asking for £22.67 an hour. Their assistants get paid £24.45 an hour. How can @wesstreeting defend paying doctors less than their assistants?
People in this country will pay more tax to give out more benefits, than pay doctors for doing their jobs
