Very windy in Brighton. Last run I went for a run in windy conditions, I got hit in the face by an empty pizza box so I benefited from some nice (though cold) tomato pizza sauce + a few bits of onions. I'm off for a run soon and I'm hoping for an Indian takeaway tub this time.

GP phoned to chat through blood test results, I’m 63 & now have non-diabetic hyperglycaemia. Easily reversible if I reduce boiled rice intake (but I’m Chinese!) & stop eating a whole bar of Lindt chocolate or whole tub of Ben & Jerry’s in one sitting. Oh that is sooo BORING 🤣!
