Interested in people’s thoughts on my rule of 35 for H&N IMRT. Keep max spinal cord and brainstem dose <= 35 Gy. Why? For cord, a few years ago, I was frustrated by Lhermitte’s. Not devastating to patients, but annoying. Moved to 35 Gy max, haven’t seen it in years.
