They support violence, vandalism, and terrorizing students. They would NEVER allow this for those with different speech content. These particular faculty SHOULD be ineligible for federal funds of any sort.
We unequivocally condemn @Columbia’s fascist crackdown on the participants in the Butler teach-in. Columbia will go down in history as an institution that punished students who raised their voices while Gaza starved.
"It was violent. They're damaging property. Several public safety officers got injured in the process. This is a good first step, [but] there's a lot more to do." "It's sad to say but we've kind of gotten used to this." cbsnews.com/newyork/news/c…
"Columbia has more progress to make before Jewish students can truly feel safe on its campus. The Committee’s work has underscored the depth and breadth of antisemitism at @Columbia that can't be ignored. We will continue to investigate antisemitism at Columbia and other…
Jewish Americans have the same rights and privileges as all Americans. I will not "SELLOUT" Jewish Americans. NO DEALS!
'FOLLOW THE MONEY': Leo Terrell, Senior Counsel to the Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights, explains the DOJ's efforts to combat antisemitism by cutting funding to universities that don't take action to protect Jewish students.
Columbia has FINALLY disempowered the radical faculty members on the University Senate, removing their disciplinary and rule-making powers! This is the sort of structural reform needed to protect Jewish students & restore American higher education. A massive thank-you to our…

Senate control over UJB and Rules has been the primary driver for lack of: discipline, rules enforcement, a mask ban, time, place, and manner restrictions, and many more common sense reforms. This is a big deal.
NEW: @Columbia’s trustees have clarified that the UJB (disciplinary process) and Rules are no longer under the purview of the Senate and were moved to the Office of the Provost. A huge step for structural reform at Columbia.
Why is the President’s team easing up on Columbia? We need accountability, not appeasement! It’s not too late to replace this bad deal with a strong one that will ensure Columbia reforms the systems & institutions that turned it into a bastion of antisemitism & anti-Americanism.
The situation remains fluid, with people on both sides lobbying to change the terms, but the draft deal right now represents a significant walkback from demands the administration sent Columbia in April, never before reported.
The @FreeBeacon reports that Columbia & White House officials will meet TODAY to discuss the weakest framework for a deal we’ve seen from the WH. This deal would cement Columbia’s hegemonic DEI infrastructure, keep radical faculty empowered, and allow a biased search committee…

Adopting the IHRA definition would render the majority of Columbia's faculty "antisemitic". Would they be allowed to teach?
This is Columbia once again vying for a PR win. The strategy? Elicit praise for quick fixes to pave the way for a deal that abandons the need for structural reform. These are good first steps, but I’m sick of being expected to praise the bare minimum from Columbia.
Don’t let @Columbia pull a fast one on @POTUS and his team - the so-called deal is nothing but putting lipstick on a pig. Columbia needs real structural change, not another empty PR stunt to save President Shipman's face. tabletmag.com/sections/news/…
The Trump administration launched its investigation into antisemitism at @Columbia in order to protect Jewish students. The administration should listen to those students — like @LishiBaker, @edenyadegar, @shoshanaaufzien, and @Davidlederer6 — who say the deal being discussed…
I think Columbia would rather sink into the Hudson than make the institutional reforms necessary to fix their antisemitism problem.

BREAKING: @Columbia "incorporates" IHRA definition of antisemitism, appoints Title VI and VII coordinators, and announces partnerships with ADL, Project Shema, Foundation to Combat Antisemitism, and Kalaniyot. They will also no longer meet with CUAD. Nice gestures -- I support…
Tarek Bazrouk assaulted me on the streets of NYC. The @Columbia protest movement just called the charges “bogus” and took his side. This is what Columbia’s culture of antisemitism looks like. A $200 million fine is not going to fix anything. We need real accountability.
We cannot compromise in the battle against antisemitism!
You. Guys. Appointed. Iran. UN Human Rights Council. Chair.
Women's. Rights. Are. Not. Negotiable.
Important update on Columbia University and President Trump: Columbia University is an incubator of stupidity where too many students regularly assault police officers and professors praise terrorists. Columbia’s proposed deal with the Trump Administration would barely be a…
Francesca Albanese has been condemned for antisemitic remarks by multiple governments and NGOs, yet @Columbia still provided her with research assistants. They probably would've kept supporting her if not for US sanctions. Shameless.
3/ According to official disclosures obtained by UN Watch, Francesca Albanese had been receiving support in the past two years from both @Harvard and @Columbia universities for her sanctioned activities. (See undocs.org/en/A/HRC/55/69… at 63 & undocs.org/en/A/HRC/58/70… at 63.)
Zohran Mamdani said NYPD shouldn’t respond to domestic violence calls in resurfaced podcast interview trib.al/pBdmaQ1
Columbia’s proposed deal is a disaster—barely a slap on the wrist in exchange for dodging real accountability. If this goes through, it sets a precedent that lets every other school off the hook. Read: freebeacon.com/campus/columbi…
