Thrilled to share that I successfully defended my dissertation exploring the experiences of #Autisticburnout + #Autisticflourishing in Autistic educators in the US. This participatory project was a collaboration with Autistic community partners & researchers (see image for team)

I keep reading this “voice for the voiceless” idea across my socials. I cannot stop thinking about it and what it implies. Everyone has a voice— some need access or for people to be better listeners, but we are not voiceless (only silenced). There’s a difference.
