FINAL UPDATE: All lanes of northbound I-5 near Arlington are open.
UPDATE #5: One lane of northbound I-5 is now open at the Stillaguamish Bridge near Arlington, with the two right lanes still closed. We are seeing a 5-mile backup. Fire, WSP and IRT are on the scene. Expect delays and use alternate routes.
