Today, a 7 year dream came true for me. Witnessed 4 minutes and 17 seconds of unreal beauty during Mother Nature’s most incredible event. Tears of joy were shed. #arwx #SolarEclipse2024

Orographic lift at sunset 🤌 Mount Shuskan from Picture Lake last Friday evening #wawx #sunset
I absolutely love being blasted in the face with alpenglow Mount Rainier this morning!

Just so happened to be at the right place at the right time in Yosemite National Park when a rainbow became vividly visible at Bridalveil Falls!! One of my favorite captures so far this year 🌈

A morning above 9000 feet in Yosemite’s wilderness in California
Crater Lake, Oregon at sunrise this morning was a beaut #orwx #sunrise
Finally got to see my first ever noctilucent clouds early this morning from high up in the Olympics! What a magical sight! Overlooking Mount Baker and the Skagit Valley #wawx

One of the beauties of America is that some poor college grad with nothing to his name like me can wake up to these views. I can drive out, pack my gear, walk in the land of my forefathers, camp, and see this. It is literally the ONLY thing that justifies my taxes. Not roads…
This is the view from the top of Mt. Dickerman. You could climb it tomorrow if you wanted. Places like this are some of the only opportunities Americans get to experience the natural world. This is your mountain, America. Lee’s proposal puts it up for sale. Bad idea.
“We have so much land. We want to put it to use. We’re going to have land release, and on that land we’re going to build housing.” -@POTUS
Screw it going to be sharing some of my old photography. The land in every single one of these photographs would be eligible to be sold off if Mike Lee gets his way. This cannot happen for a myriad of reasons but its important that you actually see the land he says is “worthless”
Here are some more pictures I’ve taken in places that would be eligible for sale in the massive public lands sell-off
These are the spots that Mike Lee wants to sell. It is imperative that we do not let him.
