Lois: "You think everything and everyone is beautiful" Superman: "Maybe that’s the real punk rock."
Now watching (first time since 2022 I'm doing a round 2 with a comicbook movie in theaters)
First great example of Generative UI I’ve seen. The future of UI design will be incredible
the notes app that builds itself just got custom menus ask it to add literally anything and the app will bend to your will
I Keep end up discussing this with friends @ startups & FAANG alike; no one knows how to balance AI productivity & skill development (specifically regarding coding / software development) On one end: you output a lot, even if you don’t fully understand it (which has future…
Everyone talks about finding the right partner. No one talks about becoming the right partner.

A consequence I haven’t seen enough people talk about is that companies can do FAR less onsite interviews than they can do online ones (logistics, cost, etc). It’s really not a good precedent to set for the sake of anyone who wants a job
Any recommendations for an “accessible” history book on the Middle East? Bonus points if: - Fairly unbiased / no political agenda - <400 pages - Narratively written (if I want an avalanche of data points, I can Google it)

Bad take Kyle. This is one of those “this isn’t your lane” comments. You can rightfully shit on him for his political takes where your expertise is > Elon. Rocket science requires failure many times, until it doesn’t.

It’s time for @elonmusk to join @AndrewYang and build a new party that’s away from both the deranged right and deranged left.
I’m sorry, but I just can’t stand it anymore. This massive, outrageous, pork-filled Congressional spending bill is a disgusting abomination. Shame on those who voted for it: you know you did wrong. You know it.
if you did any of these during high school or college: - sold proxies - built discord bots - made roblox games - had a 3d printer in your bedroom - started a yt channel - flipped insta usernames - mined crypto in your dorm - dev'd sneaker bots - sold game cheats - made chrome…
Avoid all zero-sum methods of making money.
Aside from SGD, I didn't know how the most popular optimizers like Adam, Adagrad, or RMSProp worked underneath the hood. So, I implemented them from scratch and here's what I got from it: 🧵
FIU - done! I’m happy to say that I graduated last week and will be joining @Google full time as a Software Engineer on the Gemini Cloud Assist team :) Reach out if you're in the Bay!
The solution is to embrace LLMs, encourage students to use them as "thinking buddies" or private tutors at home––which is how I use it, and how they'll be using it for the rest of their lives. For exams, pivot to ~100% in-class essays and oral exams. Worked like a charm in my…
For higher education, “AI’s takeover [is] a full-blown existential crisis.” “College is just how well I can use ChatGPT at this point.” “I think we are years — or months, probably — away from a world where nobody thinks using AI for homework is considered cheating.” “It isn’t…
