Really enjoyed the Bob Dylan movie. There is something incredible about the American folk music tradition. It captures a certain American spirit back to the start of the country. Dylan to Seeger to Guthrie to Leadbelly to the founding in a 5 person lineage. They did it justice.

Podcasts have been around long enough that you can recognize the cycles of BS ideas and people filtering through the circuit. Used to be harder to spot bc the medium was so novel. I enjoy podcasts it’s just interesting to see the same patterns emerge now that the novelty is gone.

I don’t really get this one. I know it impacts only the ultra rich but you see an example like Pelaton. It was worth $200mil+ then the stock crashed and the owner was worth almost nothing. Would he really have owed 25% on the unrealized gains? That seems like it can’t be true.

Huge energy and QOL benefits to building safe bike lanes and encouraging commuting via e-bike. If it is a safe and costs as much as a bus/train pass, people will gladly e-bike. E-bikes >> E-cars. Cheaper, smaller batteries, less traffic and noise pollution. Still love e-cars tho
