Everyone I know who 10x increases their well-being looks the same. They accept that it’s possible, try many techniques, get to know their psychology, and double down on what works. Sometimes they then say the last thing they tried was the secret, but the key is experimentation.
The opposite of boring success bro grind isn’t laziness. It’s curiosity. Flip your routine. It’s the direction that lights up your brain, not the speed.
