Seeing all the London marathon excitement is killing me, I was so so close!😭 But my torn knee tendon is healing and I have a new place for next year so onwards and upwards we go!🙌🏼
Nobody mentions how hard it is to go from running half marathons and training for a full, to relearning how to balance on one leg again😭😭 Thanks to my torn tendon behind my knee for showing me how frustrating the rehab and physio process is!🤯😩
