A great plan - and one that would be complemented perfectly by a busway on 34th street.
We can bring nearly 10,000 new homes to the heart of Manhattan! The Midtown South Mixed-Use Plan would legalize housing, helping create a vibrant, 24/7 mixed-use neighborhood. Hear more about what’s next for the plan with @DanGarodnick and @DanMannarino:
Really hope Zohran fires Tisch and gets a commissioner that cars about pedestrians for a change.

The only people in the mayoral race who seem to actually want to be in NYC are Mamdani and Sliwa. The others are suburban carpet baggers who just want to rule the city, not live in it.
I’ve never seen a paid for notice on a car before, but I appreciate Jim Walden’s commitment to transparency! The independent mayoral candidate says yes, it’s his personal car… And it’s registered at his vacation home in Connecticut, hence the license plate.
Guy wants to run the city but won’t register his vehicle here? Why? Save a few bucks on insurance? Pathetic, run for mayor of whatever town in Connecticut you live in @JimWalden_esq

This is really bad. This will be terrible for Philly specifically and PA generally. If Shapiro ever wants to run for higher office he needs to fix this before these cuts take place.

Wasn’t this moron JUST in Florida to raise money from Republicans?
I hear my opponents have travel plans…
Random Observation: Based on the result of the primary... maybe more transit, bikes and pedestrian spaces are actually pretty popular? 🤷🏾♂️
Literally every day in this city. Yet, @NYPDPC thinks cracking down on cyclists will make the streets safer. nypost.com/2025/07/21/us-…
If you go 70 mph coming off the Manhattan bridge you should lose your license
“A driver lost control of his car Sunday morning and slammed into a food truck and TD Bank at the same Manhattan intersection where one day earlier a cyclist and woman sitting on a bench were run down by a car…” It’s past time to #fixcanal
A cyclist was injured on a stretch of McGuinness Blvd. that was supposed to have been made safer ... until Mayor Adams intervened on behalf of campaign donors: nyc.streetsblog.org/2025/07/20/cyc…
Nothing says “I ❤️ NY” like “I will only live here if I am the Mayor.” nypost.com/2025/07/19/us-…
in all of 2025, two New Yorkers have been killed on the subway. in comparison, two New Yorkers were killed *last night* in a single car crash in Chinatown. why doesn’t Sean Duffy care about that?
If New York is going to force people to take the subways, make them safe! @RepJerryNadler and his allies spent YEARS demanding to DEFUND POLICE. @USDOT is fighting for law enforcement, transit workers, and commuters demanding New York leaders secure the subway.
Cars continue to be responsible for the overwhelming number of cyclist & pedestrian deaths but rather than make cycling & walking safer, Adams is cracking down on e-bikes. 🤦♂️ nytimes.com/2025/06/05/nyr… Keep up the good work @bfurnas advocating for better urban transit policy. 👍

Cars are a menace in this city and no elected officials want to do anything about it.

Ask not, how can we afford the good things that a Mamdani administration will bring, but ask yourself, how can we afford the inevitable settlements a Cuomo administration would bring?

Do you guys get it now? He's just plain evil. He's evil.
The Trump administration intends to destroy nearly 500 metric tons of emergency food meant to help feed starving children. The destruction of the food, which could have fed 1.5 million children, will cost an estimated $130,000 to American taxpayers.
