I fear too many people are drawing this conclusion. Zohran entirely reshaped the electorate. The vast majority of his #1 voters (cross-endorsements, WFP/DREAM) also ranked other non-Cuomo candidates. Had Mamdani not run at all, many of "his" voters don't turn out to begin with.
If Mamdani hadn't run, Lander would've won. If Mamdani and Lander hadn't run, Adams would've won. Cuomo didn't just lose to Mamdani. He lost to two other candidates and came in fourth.

A good poll for Zohran. But don’t kid yourself. The billionaires will spend endlessly to defeat him. This is an election of national significance. Either we develop a strong progressive working class movement, or we end up with Oligarchy & authoritarianism. Stand with Mamdani.
