My friend’s son did a Masters and ACCA after graduating. Problem is, they are now 26, no work experience and overqualified for entry level positions. They are as qualified as their potential bosses. Tricky.
20+ years ago, we had community farmer trainers at sub-county level. My mum used to travel 10Kms - by boda boda to a community center once or twice a month, and so did our neighbors. We had food (matooke) and sold some every Friday. That system broke down in 2001. @narouganda

It's horrible and has gotten worse! In my village, people eat wild greens, boiled with salt, and no food, once a day at 4 pm. Children are malnourished, and so are the adults. So sad!
