The podcast for employers and employees who think it's time to talk about the failings of workplace culture - and how we can do better. Host: Tanya de Grunwald
How did HR get ‘trans inclusion’ so wrong? The reckoning starts today, as we expose deep ideological capture at the HR industry body @CIPD - and its CEO’s friendship with trans activist Katie Neeves. It’s a scandal (involving knickers & the police!) 🧵(1/3)

I think the same has been visible on here - the aggressive posting is now, much more noticably, heavily male. Though as NHS Fife case shows, or the Women and Equalities Cttee at Westminster, off social media, women remain heavily implicated in the enforcement of self-ID.
No free passes here! The women must be held accountable. Just saying what we've seen developing on LinkedIn every day since 16 April. The male aggression is very obvious, and very raw. There is no female equivalent of Lloyd Russell-Moyle, is there?
The emails from HR in the Sandie Peggie case would indicate that they don't have the final say on whether a case goes to a disciplinary hearing given that these emails suggest that the medical staff 'don't listen' and 'we can't make the decision.' So they just give advice. So
The lawyers have said No.
The Northern Ireland Ambulance Service (NIAS) has said it will not be participating in Belfast Pride 2025 in an official organisational capacity and any of its staff attending the march should not wear their work uniforms: bbc.in/3Utk0N0
Rather delighted with this coverage for LGB Business Forum in The Times thetimes.com/article/c67fde…
Time for employers to grasp the 'LGBTQ' nettle. A range of views must be considered, and not all demands should be met. Not easy, but definitely doable - and the current muddle is causing problems. Get to work and sort it out?
Unlawful workplace guidance from lobby groups has thrown businesses and institutions into turmoil. We offer up a solution for leaders that couldn’t be more timely. personneltoday.com/hr/lgbtq-is-no…
Yes, important enough for the Times and the Express, but crickets from the HR press. It feels like a conspiracy
Just like the publishing press. I'm not arguing the Bookseller should be covering the Peggie tribunal; rather that they should cover the Everyday Cancellation in Publishing report in good faith, rather than with the tone policing and unsubstantiated claims we have seen thus far.
Is the HR press covering the #SandiePeggie tribunal? No. They're busy with bigger stories about... jumpers 🙄 Seriously, WTF has happened to the HR press - and is it part of the reason why this industry is in such a mess? Wake up @hrmagazine @PeopleMgt @personneltoday @CIPD!

@IsntWorkingPod referenced this in a recent episode. Despite @Clifford_Chance seeking to distance themselves now, nobody in the audience of their staff objected or even thought to suggest it was edited out of the podcast, they all laughed along.
So pleased that @cliffordchance's adherence to gender ideology is being scrutinised at last 1/: thetimes.com/article/42e8f1…
Glad to see this story about @Clifford_Chance in the Times. No credit for TIW but great it's had a second bite... & in fact the original tip-off came from @SimonFanshawe's podcast Fearless Diversity, which we forgot to credit at the time! (Bygones?!) x.com/IsntWorkingPod…

This thread should make every HR director squirm. The industry now faces a reckoning for the mortifying failure of 'trans inclusion'. Group think is no excuse. How were policy documents like this ever signed off? It's divisive, offensive and *creates* legal risk for the…
So here it is. In all its glory. How to create a hostile environment for gender critical staff and end up in employment tribunal. whatdotheyknow.com/request/line_m…
Employers, take note - a talent disaster looms. Orgs that fail to guarantee safety, dignity & privacy for female staff will see applications fall off a cliff, as women pick other careers. Prediction: dire consequences for all industries that depend on women eg. nursing

Yet again, EDI teams are promoting unlawful discrimination rather than tackling it. This is one of the issues I addressed in my report on 'Barriers to research on sex and gender' sullivanreview.uk/barriers.pdf
There are Tim Rocas everywhere. This is not an MP thing. Just saying.
On dopey DEI women: yes, there are loads of them, and they're doing serious damage. But usually they're the footsoldiers (unless they have a 'trans' child). Since the Supreme Court ruling, middle-aged gay men have emerged as the driving force behind this - in the corporate world,…
When a female employee complains about a biological male in their supposedly single-sex changing room *do not write this email*
This is Dr Kate Searle's email on the 29th of December 2023 to c. 20 senior doctors. She said "we all condemn the actions of Sandie". (my transcription from the redacted bundle which is available to read in Dundee).
Isla Bumba may be confused about her sex, but the responsibility for Sandie Peggie’s shameful hounding lies with the leadership of NHS Fife. The board chair must resign. Me ✍️ in @TheScotsman (Link in replies)
Hi @greateranglia - you have an HR problem. And a legal problem. And a PR problem. Wouldn't it be easier just to get this right? Who are your decision-makers scared of - someone senior? Your 'LGBT' staff group? Your head of DEI? Or are the decision-makers the problem? Tick…
So @greateranglia why are you allowing men into your toilets after the Supreme Court ruling? It's against the law
