Unity is strong in the EU. I spoke with Six One on @RTEOne this evening from Brussels to provide an update on today’s Trade meeting of the Foreign Affairs Council. We are at a critical juncture in EU-US trade talks but there is strength in our unity.

Everybody within the European Union is focused on arriving at a negotiated settlement with the United States. Europe doesn’t want tariffs, but we have to deal with the situation that is before us.
