Hudson County Cars
@HudCountyCars
The cars. The cars for Hudson County, the cars chosen especially for Hudson County, Hudson County's cars.
That's what I've been saying!
But what if this was three parked cars instead?
This is an affront to what Americans hold most dear: paying for the privilege of being stuck in traffic. If I can't be stuck in traffic, then what am I paying gas, maintenance, insurance, speeding tickets, parking fees, parking tickets, towing fees, and tolls for???
it's not that they're bad drivers, it's that driving is bad 😇
They took away a space for cars and gave us, what, space for the community to come together? On foot? This is an outrage!!!!

@motorisms please join me in congratulating our newest SITH Lord.
I don't understand why housing for cars isn’t treated as importantly as housing for people. Do you think people can live with fewer cars? And get around by walking, cycling, or public transit? Is that what you think God wanted when He created the 2025 Infiniti QX80?
Do you really want to be able walk to local restaurants? Or would you rather drive the short distance and spend 20 minutes circling the block for parking? Sure, walking is free. But driving and circling the block for 20 minutes? Freedom.
👏 No parking and retail opportunity means a safer and more walkable street for all.
The point is that I love spending money on gas, maintenance, and auto insurance, all while simultaneously being the safest mode of transportation. (See 🧵 below.)
or the increased stress from being in traffic and the potential for road rage
Car-free streets are an insidious plot to a) support BIG small business ™️ and b) make street life safer. There could be nothing more un-American.
Lovely day on the Open Street!
Radical pro-livable city extremist @StevenFulop is trying to DESTROY our HERITAGE. There is nothing more dangerous than safe streets. I'll see you in [traffic] court, Steven.
🧵 Major street safety redesign/bike improvements for Jersey City 🚨 On the September Council agenda, we’re putting forward a big redesign for major streets including bike lanes/safety: • Summit/Baldwin (Wards C/D) • MLK/Ocean Ave (Wards A/F)
Agreed. Traffic is our #heritage. The last thing we need is less traffic. Yes it may result in a more livable NYC but things like "more livable cities", "less traffic", and "safer streets" are the radical ideologies we're up against. #cars
It’s never going to end is it? These minority anti-car haters are causing mayhem on our streets and we’ve had it. We will not let this expand. We will sue, we will fight, we will protest until Congestion Pricing in its ENTIRETY is terminated.
