First and foremost a Catholic, by the grace of God. Former press secretary and CPC HoC staff. Memento Mori.
123 children were born alive and left to die after an abortion last year in Canada. Some of those children lived for 3 hours or longer, left to slowly die as doctors did nothing for them. God have mercy on us. drive.google.com/file/d/19o5NFn…
The Aztecs were objectively evil and 100% had it coming.
Already seeing people angry about this and spreading misinformation. “But the sAcRIFices!! The Aztecs were a death cult!!” Shut the fuck up and educate yourself. The scars of the conquest are still felt to this day but y’all aren’t ready for that conversation.
It just occurred to me that the Canadian spin-off of The West Wing would have been called "Langevin", and now I'm sad that I'll never see the undoubtedly terrible CBC attempt to reproduce Sorkin's writing.
One of my ancestors was a famous Catholic saint in the 1200s, another was an infamous Protestant ruler during the Reformation, and two other relatives are Orthodox saints.
share a piece of lore that connects you to history.
"That's right Guanoman! I'm holding the teopixqui hostage and you'll never find him." "You monster! Without him we can't sacrifice enough children to make the sun rise!" "The children will live! And there's nothing you can do about it! AHHHHahhahahahhaaaa"
I'll be cheering for Cortes.
A new legend rises. AZTEC BATMAN: CLASH OF THE EMPIRES is coming to Digital 9/19.

All LGBTQ+ content is inappropriate for children.
Assuming all LGBTQ+ content is inappropriate for children is extremely homophobic.
I wonder why so many lottery winners end up broke within a few years...
i used the last $5 in my account to hit a $19,000 dinger parlay and then 3 days later my cat ate a toy and almost every cent of it went to his surgery lmao
The other day I spoke with a guy my age. His father, grandfather, and uncle all ended their lives through Canada's medical assistance in dying program. He imagines he will do the same one day. In most places, people are fighting to live. Why are so many in Canada asking to die?
The performance really undermines the point he's trying to make here. I mean, if this is the Burger King of European culture, imagine the filet mignon...
Every few weeks, right wingers rediscover André Rieu, the Burger King of classical music, and fancy themselves continental sophisticates for enjoying this decadent, plastic, end-of-history schmaltz.
Very very very happy to see the CPC take up this initiative and even more proud of Andrew for talking about this difficult moment at such an important time. Hats off to all.
I almost died by suicide fifteen years ago while battling depression. If the expansion of MAID coming into force in 2027 were in place then, I'd likely be dead right now. Today, I'm launching the #IGotBetter campaign to keep hope alive for people living with mental illness.
Entirely expected, but a clear example of how legal ≠ moral. And a reminder that it's time to bring back social intolerance.
All five men in the Hockey Canada sexual assault trial have been found not guilty
What's the point of being Christian if you think the first post-Apostolic Christians were all heretics? How do you know anything they taught is true, including the New Testament canon? I really don't get it.
Well, it was nice while it lasted.
Manitoba Premier Kinew walks away from pipeline deal: “Our government will not treat consultation as a box to check after decisions are made,” he said. “We believe reconciliation requires shared decision-making from the start.” #cdnpoli winnipegsun.com/news/kinew-wal…
Fifty-six years ago this week, Pope Paul VI released an encyclical that shocked the world. Not because it said something new, but openly rejected the spirit of the age. pop.org/happy-birthday…
Ok sure, but... the Pope is American. It's over guys. Just a matter of time.
I love my Catholic friends dearly, but denying that America was settled, founded, and built by Protestants is almost 1619 Project levels of historical revisionism
No, the Edict of Thessalonica did not establish Catholicism. It made Christianity (IE: Catholicism) the state religion. If Congress tomorrow made the Southern Baptist Convention the official religion of the United States, it would be patently absurd to claim that it "established"…
Mike will vociferously deny that he is a magisterial positivist, but here is the proof. His wrong theory of Magisterium doesn't exalt the papacy, because it means that we don't accept the Pope's teachings because they are true, but because they are the policy currently in force.
um no
