The indifference that people have to disproportionate sentencing for crimes with a political nature is very concerning. We can debate what is a crime and if it was committed and all know there should be consistency in sentencing.

Pierre's suggestion to raise the signature threshold to 1,000 would kill basically all smaller parties & independent campaigns. The long ballot thing is stupid, but this is a massive over correction. Why not limit the number of candidates an individual can act as an agent for?
