At some point these quaint towns in Pennsylvania are going to be boom towns. -They are beautiful -Many well built houses -Will become more affordable than the sunbelt… eventually -Everyone wasn’t meant to live with the sunbelt’s weather

this is funny but also a common misconception. a lot of what we see in everyday interiors has little to do with some idea of a 'trickle down' from elite design. the greige interior proliferates for a number of reasons but it has no single origin beyond the building industry
